Why does my search execution fail?

If you encounter any problems executing your query, we encourage you to follow the verification procedure described in Set up my 1st query.

Verification procedure

1. Verify that the query does not contain unwanted characters like ;,/! etc..
2. Verify the use of operators
   1. all brackets () must in pairs and be closed
   2. all quotation marks “” must be in pairs and closed (the correct use of the right marks will make the keywords orange)
   3. all operators and keywords must be separated by spaces
3. Verify that you have chosen a date frame and a set of databases
