Why can’t I see the PDF for Swissmedic, BfArM, and MHRA when I open a report?

We display the report PDFs for Swissmedic, BfArM, and MHRA directly on Flinn, so that you don't have to download them.

If you encounter an empty page or cannot access the PDF properly on Flinn, please follow these steps:

Verify the availability of the PDF:
- Certain reports don't have any PDF attached. Make sure to try different results and see if this problem persists. For that, click on the button “view original” in the top right corner.
Switch language:
- Certain reports offer multiple PDFs for a single report. Make sure to go through all reports using the arrows at the bottom of the page.
Verify your browser settings:
- Certain browsers download all PDFs by default. Make sure you have the in-app PDF display setting activated in your browser settings.
- For Firefox: inside the General settings scroll to Applications and verify that the Portable Document Format (PDF) content has the Open in Firefox action selected. (see screenshot below)
