What is the web chat?

To better assist you in a timely and responsive manner, we have introduced an in-app chat feature (as shown in the image below). This direct communication tool allows you to ask any questions, receive support, and share feedback and improvement ideas with our team in an easy way. We will make sure to be responsive within a few minutes from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. We encourage you to make use of this feature whenever needed!
