Step 1. Understand why this happens

Flinn regularly retrieves information from official databases. If an external source experiences delays, is temporarily shut down, or if there are synchronization problems, our platform may temporarily display incomplete or outdated data until the next update is complete. This may affect the number of results returned or the details shown in a report.

Step 2. Refresh your search

If you suspect that a result list is missing information, wait a short time and run your search again. Most synchronization delays are resolved quickly, and refreshing your search will often display the full dataset. Make sure your internet connection is stable, and check that you are using the latest version of Flinn.

Step 3. Cross‑check with the source database

For critical evaluations, we recommend verifying results directly on the official database. Some databases may expose additional details through their own interfaces.
