Can I rollback to a previous version?
Yes. To ensure stability and allow recovery from unexpected issues, a rollback to the previous version is available for a limited period after each release.
Rollback window
For all releases (major, minor, and patch), organizations can roll back to the previous version within 30 days after upgrading.
This rollback window allows teams to revert to the last validated version if they encounter issues such as:
-
unexpected regressions
-
integration problems
-
workflow disruptions
Rollbacks are intended as a temporary mitigation while issues are investigated and resolved. Once a patched version is released, organizations are expected to update again within the rollback window.
What happens after 30 days?
After the 30-day rollback window, the previous version may be deprecated and no longer available for rollback. At that point, organizations are expected to remain on the newer version.
Why is the rollback window limited?
Limiting the rollback window helps us:
-
maintain system stability
-
reduce the risk of running outdated versions
-
ensure all organizations benefit from the latest fixes, improvements, and security updates
