📝 Evaluation Template Drafting

  • New: Draft status for evaluation reports — write and edit your evaluation at your own pace before submitting. Once ready, click Confirm to finalize, and the admin will be notified (if notifications are enabled)

👁️ Detail View Improvements

  • Viewer roles can now access attachment files in the detail view (view-only — no edit or delete permissions)
  • The Attachments tab is now always visible, not just during the evaluation phase
