We refined email notifications so the right people get notified at the right moment - aligned with how evaluations and assignments work today.

  • 🔔 Evaluation report added: Admins receive a notification when an evaluation report is created
  • 🔔 Responsible person assigned: The newly assigned user receives a notification when they are assigned to a normative document and the status is IN PROGRESS
  • 🔔 Document status set to IN PROGRESS: All assigned users receive a notification when a document is updated to IN PROGRESS
  • 🔔 Document changed: Organisation admins and bookmarkers receive a notification when a new version is newly discovered

🗓️ Date-Range Filtering

You can now filter normative documents by the published date of the current version — for any time period.

📄 PDF Upload for Translated Documents

Audits often need both the source and the translation — now you can manage that directly in Regulatory Monitoring.
