🔐 Role-Based Access Control
Introduce structure and clarity to your evaluation process with role-based permissions:
- Viewers can find normative documents and access PDFs
- Editors — ideal for Subject Matter Experts — can participate in evaluations
- Admins manage their team and have a regulatory overview
This structure gives teams exactly the access they need — and nothing more — helping maintain oversight and compliance integrity.
📋 Custom Evaluation Reports
Each organisation can have a evaluation report template, tailored to their internal processes. Use the report to:
- Document findings related to regulatory changes
- Track rationales, actions, and supporting attachments
- Finalise reviews and mark changes as complete
All evaluations stay stored and audit-ready - in one place.
🧾 Licence Manager
Control access to PDF documents using our License Management feature.
- Single Licence: One named user accesses PDFs.
- Floating Licence: Shared access - usable by any team member (simultaneous users within one hour for each floating licence seat).
- Group Licence: Give access to PDFs for a specific group or your entire organisation.
Admins can monitor licence usage and ensure compliant access across the board.
