We know that prompting AI for data extraction can be complex and time-consuming. That’s why we’ve partnered with clinical experts to develop 13 ready-to-use AI prompts, now available in version 2.9.

These pre-defined extractions, such as Population Sex, Complications, Study Design, and many more, can now be applied instantly to any new or existing text fields, saving time and boosting consistency across your reviews.

Customize your data extraction by creating separate templates for different search types (SOTA, Device specific, etc.)
Each template will appear as a separate tab in your Excel export report
Define templates in Settings > Extraction and use them flexibly across your projects.

Upload PDFs quickly and let Flinn extract key metadata automatically
Extracted metadata includes title, author, abstract, DOI, and publication type

🧠 Data Extraction for Manually Uploaded PDFs
