We are excited to announce the release of Flinn 2.0.0, featuring major upgrades to both our Literature and Vigilance Modules. This release marks the official commercial launch of our Literature Module, which has already saved numerous hours for early adopters by streamlining the literature surveillance process. Alongside, we have enhanced our Vigilance Module to continue the development of the most sophisticated incident surveillance tool available. We're looking forward to you to explore all the new features and improvements we've developed, as we continue our mission to support medical device manufacturers in their pursuit of quality enhancement and progress in the medical world.

From Incident to Vigilance
- With numerous design changes aimed at enhancing user experience, we've updated our terminology for greater consistency: "Incident surveillance activities" will now be known as "Vigilance surveillance," and accordingly, all related searches will be referred to as "Vigilance searches," distinguishing them from "Literature searches”.

Flinn Assistant improvements
-
Discover our new Flinn Assistant in version 2.0.0, which now supports key contextual information related to the reports you review, and includes a 1-click exclusion action. For both the similar report detection and the search overlap detection, complete evaluation information—including evaluation criteria and notes—is readily accessible via the interface. This makes it easier to make decisions regarding the relevancy of the current report. Additionally, the new one-click exclusion button allows you to quickly apply an exclusion evaluation with the appropriate duplicate exclusion criteria and an auto-generated note. This enhancement will significantly accelerate your evaluation process.

You can now instantly see what is happening within your vigilance groups without leaving the statistics view. A new section of the table has been added to display the distribution of evaluations. This enhancement allows you to track your work progress, identify evaluation conflicts within groups, and gain a deeper understanding of bulk evaluation actions on individual vigilance reports. Moreover, we have introduced an export feature for all statistics views, enabling you to document your work and share your insights within your organization.
