This release makes internal references easier to cite, exports and search results more transparent, and safety statistics easier to filter — while improving how regulatory document versions are handled across Flinn.

📝 Cite Internal References in Word Flinn Cite now lets you create and cite references for internal documents without requiring a PDF, while keeping them separate from your main Library view.
📤 RIS Export: Included Results Only A new export option lets you export only full-text included results in RIS format.
🔗 Result Drill-Down Transparency Click a result count to see how many overlapping results were removed, with Excel exports now showing results found versus results added for each query.
🏷️ Query Filter in Statistics In Safety Database Monitoring, searches with multiple queries can now filter Statistics down to a specific query.
🧹 Cleaner Regulatory Document Versioning Standards updated multiple times in the same year are now displayed as separate versions with the same document name and distinct publication dates.

📝 Cite Internal References in Word

The Flinn citation add-in for Word now lets you create references for internal docs — references that do not require a PDF — and cite them directly in your Word document
Internal references are not added to your Library view; they are kept in a separate, dedicated container, so your main Library stays clean → Flinn Cite requires access to the Literature Library

📤 RIS Export: Included Results Only

A new export option lets you export only your full-text included results in RIS format — simply include results at the full-text stage, then run the export

🔗 Result Drill-Down Transparency

You can now click the result count on your result list to see exactly how many overlapping results were removed across your queries
The Excel export now also shows how many results each query found versus how many were actually added to the search
