🖊️ Query note
While formulating your query within the Search Configuration Space, it's important to thoroughly elucidate the rationale behind each query. This practice enhances teamwork and audit transparency by providing insight into the decision-making process, and this is precisely the purpose served by the query note feature.
Query note functioning
1. Accessibility
You can access the query note in the configuration space of any search. From there, click the comment 💬 icon to open the Query Note panel. (see video above)
2. New note
Easily create your first note by clicking on Add a note. You can then write the title and content of your note. Both are mandatory in order to save your note.
Remember that a single title has the capability to support multiple notes below it. This enables you to consistently expand upon your notes with additional information. To include multiple notes, enter your new note in the Add a note field and click anywhere outside of the field to conclude your input. Your sub-notes will be saved automatically.

Feel free to use specific titles referring to a line, for example: Justification Line 1: Main competitive device
The content of the note must be a maximum of 600 characters. For longer note, we recommend splitting the note into different parts.
4. Modification of your notes
Edit or delete your justification notes anytime by selecting the note you wish to change and clicking on Edit or Delete.
5. Export of the justification notes
The query notes functionality is intentionally crafted to offer enhanced traceability. As a result, when you export your search, the query notes will be recorded within the Excel file. This guarantees a clear documentation of your query choices for potential audits, promoting transparency.
