The list view is your central workspace and the Single Source of Truth for all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.

Central Document Repository	A complete list of all documents relevant to your company (categorized by device type and geography).
Metadata	Key information such as Reference, Title, Publication Date and several assigned labels are visible directly in the list.
Labels	Labels (e.g., "Sterilization", "Software") for quick thematic filtering.
Filter & Search	Powerful filters by Status, Geography, Device, and assigned reviewer (Assignee).
Favorites	Ability to mark critical documents as Favorites for quick access in a personal view.

Flinn automates the detection of changes and guides you through the internal assessment process.

Automated Detection	Flinn continuously scans the documents you monitor and automatically sets the Status to New change: review required upon detecting an update.
2-Step Screening	The workflow begins with an initial decision: Is the change Relevant or Not Relevant to the company? Only if it is marked relevant, the Full review is required.
Notifications	Automatic email notifications to assigned personnel upon status changes (e.g., after a new change is detected).
Role and Permission Management	Configurable user roles determine who can screen, evaluate, and complete changes.

The detail view provides all the necessary information for evaluating a change.

Version Management	Direct access to all historical Versions of the document as well as a clean PDF view of the current version—always the correct, latest document.
Evaluation	Filling out a configured form directly in Flinn for your full review. We can adjust the form to fit your company's workflow
Attachments	Secure storage space for all compliance evidence, internal assessment documents, and supporting records.

Data Export	Export of filtered list data (e.g., to Excel) for further processing.
Custom PDF Reports	Create process documentation with your custom list of normative documents with compliance and screening status.
