🏷️ Organize your Search List with Labels
Labels allow to organize your searches and establish traceability throughout your entire organization. They will be included in the export generated at the end of your search, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
Assign Labels to a search
Go to your search configuration page. This is also where you define the time frame and set-up the queries.
Under Title field, you can see Labels. Click on +Add Labels to assign different types of Labels.

This is a great way to organize your searches with your team.
For Flinn Library users: these labels will also be seen in the Library.
For admins: Access the settings and modify the Labels.
To view and create labels, go to Settings > Labels
This section serves as the central location for your entire organization to create, edit, and delete Devices and Groups of Devices.

Important information:
💡 Labels are shared within the organization and can be used by all users and edited by admins in your team.
How to create Labels
To create your first device, simply click the + Add button. This action will generate a new row where you can enter the device name. After typing the desired device name, either press Enter on your keyboard or click outside the row to save the device.
Edit or delete Labels
To modify a name, click on the name you wish to change and directly rewrite or type the modifications inside the row. Press Enter on your keyboard or click outside the row to save the changes.
💡 It is not possible for two Labels to have the exact same name.
If you wish to delete a Label, click on the trash bin icon at the end of the specific row you wish to delete. You will be asked to confirm this deletion, click on confirm. If the deleted label was assigned to a search, it will simply be unassigned from the search.
Create relations between Devices and Groups of devices
If you want to establish a strict hierarchical relationship between Devices and Device Groups you can use the Relation Columns in the Group of Devices table. Any relationship between Device tags and a Device Group will be reflected when you assign tags to your search. Any Device Group tag assignment will automatically assign all related Device tags to this search.

However, if you unassign a Device Group tag from a search, all Device tags will remain assigned to prevent any unexpected behavior.
Well done 👏
