💬 How can I report a problem?

If you encounter any problems or unclear behavior in the app, it is important to inform us. You can do so by contacting us.

What to include in your message

The more detail you can give, the faster we can reproduce the issue and get back to you. Where possible, please tell us:

• What happened — a short description of the problem, in your own words.
• Where — the page, search or result where it happened (a link or the search name is ideal).
• What you did just before — the steps that led to it, so we can reproduce it.
• What you expected vs. what actually happened.
• A screenshot — a picture of the issue or any error message helps a lot.
