Notification of Upcoming Release

Before any release, the release manager in your organization will receive an email 7 days prior to the update with:

Details of the new release
Links to the validation documentation
Possibility to request an additional 7 day extension before being updated

Release managers are usually designated during the Onboarding Kick-off, where we ask you to choose a Release Management Track:

🚴 Standard Track

Monthly Update with the latest validated features & improvements

🚶 Alternative Track

Quarterly Update combining all previous monthly updates

Validation of the new version

Flinn Software Development follows IEC 62304 standards throughout the entire software development life cycle, including testing, release, and validation.

Key points about our validation process

Each software version is validated on Google Chrome
Validation is aligned with ISO 80002-2 requirements.
Minimal to no user-side validation needed depending of your structure and procedures

Our validation package typically include detailed explanations of new feature testing and clear evidence that minimizes the validation work needed on your side
