Overview

Regulatory tasks in Flinn involve configuring searches, devices and settings. If users must move through a deeply nested menu structure, they may misconfigure settings or fail to find critical ones, causing inefficiencies and a higher chance of error.

How we mitigate complex navigation

Simplified structure. The menu structure is simplified and the number of layers reduced to improve usability.
Quick access. Shortcuts and quick-access features are provided for frequently used functions.
Guidance and training. Onboarding training and a dedicated Customer Success Manager, with additional guidance in the General Guidance section.

Streamlined navigation improves the user experience and outweighs the minor residual risk of user error.
