🔏 Audit Trail
The audit trail gives you full traceability over your searches — who changed what and when — without any extra setup. It's available for both the Literature Evaluation and Safety Database monitoring modules.
What it tracks
Query & search configuration changes
- Changes to query terms, date frames, and database selection
- Who made the change and when
Result evaluation history
- Screening decisions (include / exclude / possibly included) and any changes to them
- Exclusion criteria applied, notes added or edited
- Who performed or modified each evaluation
Where to find it
The audit trail is visible directly in the search interface.

What it's useful for
- Audit readiness — demonstrate to your notified body or auditors that changes are fully traceable
- Team oversight — understand who on your team modified a search and when, especially when multiple people work on the same project
- PSUR / CER update cycles — quickly verify whether searches have been refreshed in line with your latest reporting scope
